This was a total debacle caused by the referees. They could have quickly reviewed the film and taken out the Saints WR Mike Evans and RB Leonard Fournette.
In reality, the victim was Marson Lattimore. The league knows it, the Bucs know it, and the refs know it, yet Evans only gets a one-game suspension despite it not being the first time.

How does that fit into the chain of command? For that matter, when will the military follow an order? They’re bound to civilian leadership, and the government must follow this ruling.
It’s time to force this officer into retirement and/or have his service record reflect ignoring an order, which would end his career.
