Russian smoke show Nadya Tolokonnikova of Pussy Riot might be the most truly punk girl on this list. As a member of the Pussy Riot, Nadya actively and aggressively protested both Vladimir Putin and the Russian Orthodox Church. In fact, Nadya  was arrested for “hooliganism motivated by religious hatred” after a performance in Moscow Cathedral of Christ the Saviour and was ultimately sentenced to two years’ imprisonment.
